GREAT SHELFORD

GREAT SHELFORD è un villaggio sul fiume Cam con una stazione sulla linea principale da Londra (Liverpool Station) a Cambridge della Great Eastern Railway.

E’ a circa 4 miglia (circa 7 Km) sud est di Cambridge nella parte occidentale della contea del Cambridgeshire, di cui è uno dei villaggi più grandi avendo circa 4000 abitanti.

E’ solo a 5 min di auto dal centro di Cambridge.

Nel villaggio ci sono 3 pubs, 2 chiese, una biblioteca e molti negozi.

E’ un tipico villaggio inglese… bellissimo!

It is about 4 miles south by-east from Cambridge and 54 ½ from London, in the Western division of the county. It is one of Cambridgeshire's larger villages with a population of about 4000.

It’s only 5 min. far from Cambridge city center by car. In the village there are 3 Pubs, 2 churches, a library and many shops.

It’s a typical English village… beautiful!
